HELEN HALE | MANAGING DIRECTOR
Helen Has been part of the team since the company was formed in 2005 and has led as Managing Director for the last 10 years. Previous experience as a payroll recruiter and account manager formed the foundations for her role with Azebra. Adding to that, 16 years of industry experience, places her in the perfect position to lead the company and team.
LUCY RICHARDSON | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
With a background in financial services sales, Lucy joined the company in 2009 and has driven the business forward. Providing a unique approach to a sales position, she has formed long standing relationships with recruiters across multiple sectors. In 2022, lucy will be working closely with David to continue to grow the business.
DAVID PARKER | HEAD OF SALES AND PROJECTS
David Joined the team in July 2021 to lead the company into the next chapter of development. Having successfully owned and managed facilities and service companies for 20 years, his wealth of experience in creating opportunities, project management and leaderships has made is transition to Azebra and Black and White outsourcing the perfect fit.
