I think we can all agree that the last few weeks have been like nothing any of us have ever dealt with before and everyone’s first priority needs to be to stay healthy and follow the strict guidelines in place.
Azebra want to assure all our clients and workers that we will be continuing to provide payroll services as normal. We have a dedicated team set up to work from home with full, secure access to all emails, payroll data and information. You can contact us on the same telephone numbers and emails and your Account Manager will contacting you shortly to discuss further.
Whilst we are working in these unprecedented times, we will be offering a reduced telephone service from 9.30am – 4.30pm however you can reach the team on the usual emails.
For those who are still working whether that’s from home, key workers or other roles vital to keeping our country going, payments will be processed as normal on a weekly basis and you will receive an SMS notification.
Statutory Sick Pay
If you have an assignment to go to and would otherwise be working but are unable to due to a Corona Virus illness, then you may be entitled to Statutory Sick Pay.

Job Retention scheme
Additional guidance has now been issued by the Government regarding the Retention Pay Scheme. The FCSA is seeking further guidance on behalf of our industry but we believe we have enough information to start the process. AZebra are now in the process of assessing employees for the Job Retention Scheme.
